The Journey to Us marriage experience is an interactive marriage event based on the proven, biblically based principles from Focus on the Family’s Hope Restored marriage intensive program. These conferences and retreats provide practical tools for couples to navigate the path to a stronger, healthier and even more fulfilling marriage.
Journey to Us Conferences are held in churches across the country over the course of a single day. In an interactive seminar-style format, couples will gather to learn the principles of a healthy and lasting marriage taught by our marriage experts.
All-Inclusive Journey to Us Retreats provide couples with the most focused care and attention from our speakers. Held at our luxurious retreat centres in Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario, this intimate small group setting allows couples more time to learn and put into practice the principles of a healthy and lasting marriage while enjoying time away over a restful weekend.
The principles taught in this conference come from the Hope Restored program and have been proven to save 80% of marriages on the brink of divorce over the course of over 15 years. The Journey to Us marriage program brings those same principles to couples in all stages and phases of marriage to prevent relationships from breaking down. The program was developed by licensed therapists who specialize in marriage counselling and the Christian definition of marriage. Journey to Us is not just an event; it’s an experience that opens couples’ eyes to a new, deeper, and more meaningful way path to a marriage that lasts.
The Journey to Us marriage program is open to anyone and everyone and teaches relational principles that are helpful for everybody. The conferences and retreats were created with married couples in mind and they are most effective when couples experience it together. However, singles, engaged couples and unaccompanied spouses are welcome.
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to secure your spot as events can sell out quickly. For conferences, we also recommend booking early as there are a limited number of seats, but you’re welcome to register up to the day of the conference, provided there are still available tickets.
Journey to Us Marriage Conference: $80 regular rate, $60 CAD early bird rate/couple per couple*.
All-Inclusive Journey to Us Marriage Retreat: $895 CAD regular rate, $850 CAD early bird.

Every Journey to Us ticket includes the program as well as two workbooks to take home.
The cost of an All-Inclusive Journey to Us Marriage Retreat also includes all accommodations, food and parking.
Registration fees for Journey to Us marriage conferences and retreats are non-refundable but can be applied toward a different event or transferred to another couple. Please inform us about any ticket changes as soon as possible and contact us regarding extenuating circumstances.

Winnipeg, MB - We recommend Winnipeg International Airport, approximately one hour, 30 minutes drive from our Manitoba retreat centre.
Toronto, ON - We recommend Toronto Pearson International Airport, approximately on hour drive from our Ontario retreat centre.
Unfortunately, we do not provide transportation from airports to our retreat centres. Please arrange travel from the airport to your retreat. We recommend that you rent a car or plan for ridesharing (e.g., taxis or Uber) costs during your stay.
